Andi's beautifully styled bright, bohemian apartment is located in San Francisco, California and you can truly feel the sunny, cheerful vibes throughout the space. Browse through this post to see how a neutral color palette is the perfect background for botanical indoor garden and colorful interior decors. And an idea of how to turn a walk-in closet into a nursery!
Looking at these images you can feel the cozy bohemian vibe trough every corner of the house. The color splashes in the interior decors, the beautiful art pieces and, oh, so many plants! Given that plants is one of the key elements to actually make the bohemian design work, the more the merrier!
Every detail of this home resembles it's owners - in a very welcoming and comfy way. The last thing Andi wanted is to create a museum, the space needed to be open and relaxing, and we think it is accomplished! As her husband, Eric, loves surfing, she has incorporated art pieces with a hint of beach vibe in the home interior as well - oh, and we believe you noticed the beautifully displayed surf board in the first images? It ties in perfectly with Andi's love of bohemian decors, such as the leather poufs, moroccan rug and the rattan and brass details spread throughout the apartment. In a lovely home like this, every day must be a day for celebration!
The master bedroom is one of our favourite spaces - it is spacious, relaxing and inviting. The lovely throw pillows sort of creates the accent point of the room, and when you look around all the other colorful details pop into the sight. The green leather ottoman, beautiful wall art and, of course, the indoor jungle! The overall neutral palette keeps the room looking peaceful -
creating a wonderful sanctuary where to spend Saturday family snuggle time with her little baby bird Lucy!
It is always so exciting to see our wallpaper in use, especially in baby room design projects, and we are simply in love with this beautiful walk-in closet makeover featuring our Delicate Herringbone wallpaper! Looking at this gorgeous nursery, it is quite hard to tell that it used to be a walk-in closet. The location is perfect, as it is right next to master bed, while it is still Lucy's very own little space filled with colors, patterns and just the cutest Baby bird illustration!
This, sort of, tiny room really provides all the space you need, if you know how to use it cleverly. The room really resembles a true bedroom, as everything has found it's right place. The door organiser adds additional space to store baby clothing or crib sheets, while floating shelves provide enough space for books. The top shelves gives enough space to store toys [in lovely woven baskets, of course!] and the animal heads and wall decorations add a bit of whimsy to the nursery. This bright little space is everything! Make sure to browse through Andi's blog for a full nursery tour and some ideas where to shop online for just the loveliest home decors!
