Refunds & exchanges 

Every product is made to order especially for you. As we do not have an option to restock these products, we always recommend to order a test sample first to ensure the material, colors and design scale is as expected before placing the full order. However, if the product is delivered defective or has been damaged during the transit, please contact us (with a proof of photos) immediately after receiving your parcel so we can investigate the situation and arrange a replacement or a refund for you. Keep in mind that the product cannot be used to qualify for a refund! 


Damaged items

We take great care in inspecting and packing our products in an effort to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition and we want our clients to be 100% satisfied. If you have received a damaged or different product than you purchased, or if an item is missing, please notify Livettes within 7 business days of receipt of order via contact us page. When you do that please include as many details as possible, including photos or videos of the damaged product and packaging and your order number. Please keep in mind product can not be used to qualify for a refund or exchange! You can either have a new product sent or receive a refund or a discount. This will be decided for each case. If this case qualifies for exchange or a refund, this item will have to be sent back to Livettes in the original packaging (or additional, if needed) and unused. Please note that all sales (custom orders and samples included) are FINAL.



We always try to keep our site and web shop up to date, however please keep in mind that errors can occur. If you have been charged the wrong amount, we will give you the option to either place a new order or cancel it. If we will not be able to get in touch with you, we will cancel your order automatically. Please  note that colors may appear different on website than the actual colors. This depends on the color settings on your computer and monitor. In case of Force Majeure, Livettes obligations are procrastinated. A Force Majeure is in the event of war, civil war, revolution, riot, government measures, strike, lockout, blockage, failure of electricity, telephone or internet service, natural disasters and similar events. Under such circumstances Livettes will do everything possible to solve the matter for our customers as soon as possible.
