For this Mood Board Monday we chose to do a gender neutral nursery interior styling, that could work well in any home interior. It features a little bit of Mid-century Modern, a little bot of bohemian vibes and an eclectic selection of nursery themes. To create a neutral color palette and a neutral 'backdrop' for any interior theme, we chose to go with our Neutral Color London Metro Lines Wallpaper from the Modern Bohemian Wallpaper Collection. It gives a lovely subtle pattern, but does not overpower the room. (A side note - this wallpaper can be ordered in custom colors, therefore if these taupe-toned colors are not your cup of tea, that's easily changeable to fit your interior style!) To complement the wallpaper, we believe that walnut colored wall paneling with narrow irregular sized vertical planks would do wonders! Also, board and batten walls are so on-trend at the moment, that we just couldn't pass it up. The design of the board and batten also brings in the Mid-century modern vibes, which pairs well with our chosen Novella Crib and Sleepytime Rocker from the Nursery Works. To tie in the bohemian vibes, we have chosen to add beautiful woven baskets from Anthropologie as well as off-white Moroccan style area rug from H&M. To elevate the nursery design, we have chosen brass decor as our metal decor element of the space. Mixing two different nursery themes, you can find the brass decor popping up as dreamy vintage woodland animals serving as wall hooks and curtain tie-backs, as well as Moon Phases mobile above the crib and Dandelion Chandelier from Anthropologie that easily resembles something out of the space centered in the middle of the room. To continue the vintage style, we chose our Moon Art Print from the Scandi Boho Art Print Collection in a light wood frame to hang above the crib. If this nursery style or any of the mentioned decor elements caught your attention, see the list below to shop the look!
