Made with a vinyl surface and non-woven backing, this wallpaper is durable, water-resistant, cleanable, and meets all the performance standards of commercial vinyl wallpaper so it can be used for high traffic areas. Although installed with glue, our premium panels are removable in one piece for hassle-free removal.

  • Made from non woven fleece fiber backing and textured vinyl coating, this is a contract-quality vinyl wallcovering suitable for residential and commercial interiors
  • Texture: Luxe textured finish, printed with GreenGuard Gold certified inks
  • Fire certifications: Meets Federally specified limits for flame, smoke development and flash over according to the required ASTM-E84 and EN 13501 standards
  • Water-resistance: Water-resistant, cleanable with water and soap*
  • Installed using wallpaper paste/glue. Recommended to use Adhesives and Primers designed for non-woven and commercial vinyl wallcoverings. Manufacturers such as Roman offer a wide selection adhesive and primers suitable for this wallcovering material. Roman Eco brand primers and adhesives are recommended for compliance with NFS-342 sustainability. 
  • Sustainability: EPD – Environmental Product Declaration available as per ISO 14025 and EN 15804+A1; - Low VOC – Class A+ according to French regulation on VOC emissions; Meets required EN12149 standards for formaldehyde emission, release of heavy metals and specific elements and vinyl chloride monomer compounds; REACH compliant; CE-marking in accordance with EN15102:2019 and is IMO certified.

Important note: for best results we suggest priming the walls first and let freshly painted walls dry completely for at least 3 weeks before installing the wallpaper. Commercial Grade Type II Wallpaper Size Guide

To calculate how much wallpaper panels you’ll need, simply measure the width and height of your wall. Divide the wall width by the chosen wallpaper material panel width to get the number of panels required.  Because our Commercial Type II wallpaper panels are 24 inches (61cm) wide, the design is larger compared to the peel and stick wallpaper material. Please see image below for reference.

    Is commercial grade type II wallpaper water resistant?

    Our Commercial Vinyl wallpaper is water-resistant, making it easy to clean with a gentle wipe using a damp cloth. This also makes it suitable for areas with light moisture, including kitchens, hallways, and most bathroom walls. However, this material is not fully waterproof. We do not recommend installing wallpaper in places with constant or direct water exposure, such as inside a shower or directly beside a bathtub where heavy splashing may occur. For bathroom and powder room areas behind the sink adding a plastic or glass protective cover is the best way to ensure long-lasting results.

    Is commercial grade type II wallpaper removable?

    Livette’s Wallpaper Premium Commercial Grade Type II wallpaper is removable, and thanks to its non-woven backing, it comes off in one piece – making the process simple and stress-free. When you're ready to remove it, start peeling slowly from the bottom. If you notice any sections adhering to the wall, lightly dampen the area with water to help release the adhesive. Work patiently, and the wallpaper will come off before you know it!
