Processing & Production

Your order will be processed as quickly as possible. As our wallpapers are made to order, production usually takes about 1-5 business days. After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation. As soon as your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking information.

Shipping Costs

Standard shipping is free to all countries. Faster shipping options (e.g. FedEx Rush or FedEx 2day) may incur additional costs. The exact shipping costs will be shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Shipping & Delivery Times

All orders are produced within about 1-5 business days and shipped worldwide via FedEx.

FedEx Rush or FedEx 2day: delivery within 2-3 business days after shipping.

FedEx Economy or FedEx Ground: delivery within 4-8 business days after shipping.

You can track your shipment at any time at www.fedex.com.

Please note: with FedEx Economy, your package first passes through our fulfillment center before tracking becomes active. It is therefore normal if no updates appear during the first few days; your tracking link will be activated shortly after. Please be aware that your signature may be required upon delivery.

Countries & Customs

We ship worldwide, including to the USA, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia and Europe.

For customers in the USA, the United Kingdom and Europe, we ship Delivery Duty Paid (DDP); no additional taxes or import duties apply.

For customers in Canada, Australia and other regions, import duties and/or taxes may be charged upon delivery and are payable by the recipient.

Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing the shipping carriers with any additional information required and for accepting the shipment upon delivery. Livettes accepts no responsibility for any additional costs that may arise if the shipment is not accepted in time.
